Evaluating Understanding and Wisdom

Recall the people in Winnie the Pooh, all with various people and means of thinking and acting? Benjamin Hoff makes an interesting observation about these people in the guide, The Tao of Pooh:
"While Rabbit's little routine is that of Understanding for the benefit of Being Brilliant, and while Owl's is that of Understanding for the benefit of Showing Wise, Eeyore's is Understanding for the benefit of Worrying About Something. As anybody who does not contain it can see, the Eeyore Attitude gets in the manner of things like wisdom and happiness, and pretty much prevents any type of true Fulfillment in life."
While the people in Winnie the Pooh are chasing knowledge talks wisdom listens some sort of Understanding that will not always correlate to wisdom. Being a word individual, or "wordie," I wonder what actually correlates to wisdom? How does the endless pattern of obtaining information stop that wisdom? Or even present in information, where's wisdom discovered?
In a current teleseminar, Eiji Morishta proclaimed, "Knowledge converts information in to wisdom." Aha! Sure! Positively! Knowledge is usually present in our mistakes. Knowledge is usually present in our failures. Knowledge appears as activity and the capability to understand the proper activity (or inaction).
A number of my instruction customers show anxiety over lacking an enhanced degree, and most have a fantastic amount of experience. I ask them, "Are you wanting a member of staff, supervisor or teammate who is filled with information and data however doesn't possess the wisdom to make judgments and decisions that last or the business?" Understanding holds you back as you count on publications and teaching. We want wisdom to find new solutions and use the study to transform, particularly in that economy.
How are a number of my ideas on how I weigh Understanding and Knowledge as Phrases that Work:
  • Understanding, while great to own, is notably worthless till acted on
  • Activity results in wisdom
  • Understanding can simply remain dormant or sleeping in the brain
  • Knowledge is alive in the body
  • Understanding obtained from decades in conventional forms of education, usually spending a lot of money that could not have a higher level of get back
  • Knowledge obtained from decades just being, yes, usually at high cost, with a invaluable charge of get back
  • Understanding may require measures to recall
  • Knowledge is quick recall
  • Understanding is emotional
  • Knowledge is emotional and religious
  • Understanding improvements over time in publications and education
  • Knowledge is eternal, it depends on experience
  • Understanding is usually very comfortable, cocky
  • Knowledge is calm, calm, unwavering
  • Understanding is extortionate speaking and rigid
  • Knowledge is hearing, absorbing, and flexible
  • Understanding is limited
  • Knowledge is unrestricted
Furthermore, Understanding weighs more than Knowledge and can be a burden. Knowledge is lighter. Knowledge is light.
